ecos™ III hardness testing software
Next level efficiency. The most efficient hardness testing software.
ecos™ III sets a new milestone in the development of hardness testing software. Building on our many years of experience with ecos Workflow, ecos™ III combines thehighest efficiency, ease of use and optimal clarity.
Thanks to the latest AI technology, ecos™ III enables reliable and time-saving evaluation of test impressions. At the same time, you always have an overview of complex test processes. The software allows you to manage test data in a structured way, organize test jobs efficiently and flexibly store recurring test settings.
This intelligent support not only ensures more precise hardness testing, but also a noticeable increase in efficiency. ecos™ III is already available for selected machines.

What makes our software so special?
Our software is based on three essential pillars.
Simply
user-friendly and inspiring: intuitive for everyone.
Thanks to an intuitive operating structure with simple rules, quick familiarization is no problem. Even complicated and extensive test patterns can be defined and placed on the specimen with just a few clicks.
Clearly
Everything important – clear, precise, to the point.
With ecos™ III, the overview is the top priority. All test elements are clearly divided into orders and samples. This means that the overview is retained even with large amounts of data, and test reports can be created for several samples, as well as trend analyses.
Efficient
Inspection sequences that impress: intelligently optimized, maximally effective.
With ecos™ III, you benefit from a well-thought-out operating concept in which all processes have been optimized. This achieves a reduction in operating time of up to 65% and the personnel costs for testing are reduced.
Three areas, one clear focus.
1. Configure the test
Create the elements for your samples, such as samples, test points and test series, in the respective order according to your specifications and place them on the panoramic image. Select the appropriate test specification (e.g. for CHD series), set the necessary parameters such as method, conversions, test point patterns and limit hardness, and place the elements on your samples.
2. Perform the test
Check your test settings, such as the standard to be used or the test sequence, change the order of the samples to be tested and start the test. Keep an overview of the ongoing measurement and correct the evaluation if necessary during the measurement. Thanks to the reliable AI-based indentation detection, this will only rarely be necessary.
3. Analyse Results
Summarize the results of one or more samples of an order, create trend analyses, reports, or export your data as xlsx or txt data. Design your test reports with the integrated and very easy-to-use Report Designer.
